How do I return/exchange my nursing cover?

What are the care instructions for the nursing cover?
Wash the nursing cover before first use. Machine wash in cold water. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Use cool or warm iron if needed, for a pressed look.
How do I use the nursing cover?
Adjust strap to desired length by loosening strap from center of buckle and adjusting accordingly. Bend the neckline to form an arch for easy viewing of baby while nursing. Place strap over head and let it drape over your torso like an apron. (Please note: This product is not intended for use by children under the age of 12 years old.)
How do I remove the rigid neckline?
On the inner portion of the neckline you will find a buttonhole feature. You may remove the plastic piece by sliding it through the buttonhole. We recommend that you do this sparingly or one-time only to re-purpose your cover as a smock or apron. Please note: only newly redesigned nursing covers beginning with the Spring 2009 collection have the added feature of removing the rigid neckline.

Is your cover one-size fits all?
Yes, our covers provide full coverage for any size mom. Our covers measure 34”W x 25”L.
Where do I purchase an e-Gift certificate?
You can purchase an e-Gift certificate on the e-Gift and Shop pages.
Where do I provide the shipping information for a gift?
You may provide the recipient's shipping information on PayPal's "Review your payment" page under the "Ship to" section, and click "Change" to add an address.
Can I have my order shipped to more than one address?
No, everything in a single order must be shipped to the same address. If you want items shipped to separate addresses (as gifts, for example), you will need to place separate orders for each address. This will avoid any confusion and avoid slowing down the order process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery times range anywhere from 6-10 days depending on the destination. Please contact us via email info@theundercoverbaby.com for international orders.
How can I expedite shipment of my order?
Please contact us via email info@theundercoverbaby.com for overnight shipments. Orders can be shipped overnight via USPS Express Mail.
How can I correct an incorrect shipping address?
You must contact us within 24 hours of order placement to make changes to a shipping address. The Undercover Baby does not accept responsibility for items not received or extra shipping costs due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Will I be charged sales tax?
For online orders, sales tax will be charged for California residents only. The rates are 9.75% for Alameda County and 8.25% for the rest of California. No sales tax will be charged for online orders outside of California. This does not apply to orders placed with an Independent Representative.
What is the difference between the "organic" cotton & conventional cotton fabric?
We use Harmony Art organic cotton fabric. Please review the list of benefits of using "organic" cotton versus conventional cotton.
